انطلقت اليوم الأحد، الموافق 26 نوفمبر 2023، فعاليات “معرض نبيو III الدولي للذهب والمجوهرات”، الذي تشارك فيه شركة روك للتطوير العقاري للمرة الثانية على التوالي. مع بداية فترة انطلاق المعرض، توافد الزوار بكثافة إلى جناح شركة روك للتطوير العقاري، حيث نجح مشروعهم “Rock Gold”، أول مول للذهب والجمال والأناقة في مصر، في جذب الأنظار وجنى إعجاب الزوار بفضل موقعه المتميز وتنوع المساحات والفكرة المبتكرة التي تم تنفيذ المشروع على أساسه.
يُعَد مول “Rock Gold” تجربة جديدة في السوق المصرية، حيث يقدم تجربة تسوق فريدة ويضم مجموعة من أرقى العلامات التجارية للذهب، إلى جانب مراكز العناية بالجمال، وبيوت الأزياء، والمقاهي والمطاعم المتنوعة، ومنطقة للأطفال، إضافة إلى النوادي الرياضية والبنوك ومحلات بيع الحلويات والإكسسوارات والزهور والعطور والنظارات.
يقع مول “Rock Gold” في الجولدن سكوير بالقاهرة الجديدة، امتداد محمد بن زايد، على مسافة قريبة من الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة الجديدة، ويغطي مساحة تبلغ 11 ألف متر مربع، مع مساحة بناء تصل إلى 40 ألف متر مربع، ويضم مساحات خدمية تبلغ 3000 متر مربع، ويحتوي على أكثر من 60 متجراً لبيع الذهب والمجوهرات، فضلاً عن مناطق جلوس ومساحات خضراء، ومواقف سيارات تتسع لأكثر من 250 سيارة.
ستطلق شركة روك للتطوير العقاري خلال معرض “نيبو III” متاجر لبيع الذهب في مول “Rock Gold” بمساحات تبدأ من 18 متر مربع، مع بدء التسليم المقرر في عام 2024.
تم افتتاح النسخة الثالثة من معرض “نيبو الدولي” بحضور الدكتور علي المصيلحي، وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية، والمهندس أحمد سمير، وزير التجارة والصناعة، وذلك في مركز مصر للمعارض الدولية بالتجمع الخامس خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 28 نوفمبر 2023.
قام الوزراء بزيارة جناح الشركات المشاركة، بما في ذلك شركة روك للتطوير العقاري، وأكد الدكتور علي المصيلحي أن معرض الذهب اكتسب مكانة بارزة بين المعارض الدولية المتخصصة، مُشيرًا إلى وجود منتجات تحمل طابعاً تراثياً وتاريخيًا وتتمتع بأعلى مستويات الجودة في الصناعة المصرية، بهدف إعادة مصر إلى مكانتها المتقدمة بين كبار المنتجين.
يشهد المعرض مساحة تبلغ 7500 متر مربع، وشهدت النسخة السابقة مشاركة 75 شركة محلية من كبار منتجي المجوهرات المصرية، بالإضافة إلى 35 شركة دولية من إيطاليا والهند والإمارات العربية المتحدة وتركيا.
تتمتع شركة “روك للتطوير العقاري” بسجل حافل من الأعمال الناجحة في السوق المصرية وخارجها، ممتداً لأكثر من 44 عامًا، حيث كانت من بين أوائل شركات التطوير العقاري التى توسعت خارج مصر وتحديدًا فى السوق الكندي ونفذت سلسلة من المشروعات المميزة في السوق المصرية حملت اسم “روك” بشرق وغرب القاهرة مثل روك إيدن، وروك ڤيل، وروك ڤيرا وتنفذ حاليًا مشروعات أخرى وهي روك يارد بشيراتون، وروك كابيتال 1 بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.

Lifestyle host Amina Shelbaya launched the “IN” program at the Rock Gold Mall, sponsored by Rock Developments, Invest-Gate reports.
The 12-episode series airs weekly on Rock Gold and Shelbaya’s social media channels. It features figures including Nourhan Qandil, Farida Temraza, and Dina Maghauri discussing health, sports, psychology, and aesthetics.
Located in New Cairo’s Golden Square, the 11,000 sqm Rock Gold Mall provides a shopping experience for women encompassing gold, beauty, fashion, cafes, restaurants, a children’s area, and a gym.
El Batal, one of Egypt’s earliest developers to expand outside Egypt into Canada, developed Rock Gold and other Egyptian projects such as Rock Eden and Rock Ville over four decades.
Rock Gold will offer beauty, fashion, and gold recommendations at the end of each program. The mall satisfies the needs of mothers near the the American University in Cairo campus and New Cairo.
Rock Gold represents Cairo’s first integrated gold, elegance, and beauty retail destination as it houses famous brands and services. The launch establishes it as a hub for women’s lifestyle programming tied to the consumer environment.

Rock Developments announced a contract with “TKE”, one of the largest leading companie, to supply elevators and escalators for two projects: Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and Rock Gold Mall in the 5th Settlement for achieving the highest quality rates.
