The company now offers interest rates of 3% and 8%
Within the initiative of the Central Bank, Rock Developments and QNB Al Ahli Bank signed a cooperation protocol for real-estate financing at interest rates of 3% and 8% for the company’s projects “Rock Eden Compound in 6th of October and Rock Vera Compound in 5th Settlement.”

The signing was attended by Eng. Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, and Mr. Mohamed Badir, CEO of QNB Al Ahli Bank.

In line with the State’s strategy for real-estate financing at low interest rates to secure proper housing for all segments of society, signing the cooperation protocol marks the start of Rock Developments’ implementation of the Central Bank initiative of real-estate financing at 3% and 8% interest rates. The protocol asserts the effective role Rock Developments plays in facilitating and providing distinguished services to its customers and a better life for citizens.

Rock Developments, in cooperation with Baheya Foundation, organized an awareness session for the company’s female employees on International Breast Cancer Day to address the necessity of awareness about this disease and the importance of early detection in increasing the chances of a full recovery.
