Rock Developments has announced the launch of new phases in its Rock Green and Rock White developments in New Heliopolis, building on the strong performance of earlier phases that recorded robust demand and a full sell-out of released units.
According to Emad Doss, Managing Director of Rock Developments, the company is preparing to host Rock Expo, a dedicated showcase for its portfolio offering competitive pricing and a curated selection of premium units. The exhibition is set to take place on 7 February.
Doss highlighted a clear shift in real estate investment toward New Heliopolis, driven by its strategic position as a natural extension of Heliopolis and El Shorouk City. In line with this trend, Rock Developments selected a prime site for both projects—just one minute from the Suez Road and three minutes from El Shorouk—positioning New Heliopolis as an emerging destination for investors seeking calm, connectivity, and a balanced lifestyle.
Both Rock Green and Rock White are master-planned around expansive open landscapes to deliver an integrated, sustainable living experience. Rock Green spans 72,000 sqm, with 85% of the land dedicated to landscaped green areas. Designed to blend luxury with nature while remaining well connected, the project offers a serene environment away from city noise.
Rock Green features an extensive amenity mix, including an Olympic-standard walking and jogging track, open-air gym, social hubs, EV charging stations, bicycle parking, a grand entrance, yoga zone, outdoor co-working spaces, quiet reading areas, a large central park, children’s play areas, and a fenced dog park. The development comprises 466+ apartments ranging from 116 to 236 sqm, alongside 40 standalone villas.
Rock White, covering 110,000 sqm, emphasizes uninterrupted green views, with all units overlooking landscaped areas. More than 90% of the site is allocated to open spaces, roads, and services—anchored by a 7.3-feddan central park—while the built-up footprint is limited to 10%. The gated community ensures high levels of privacy and security with two main entrances.
Amenities at Rock White include commercial and leisure zones, sports courts (padel, tennis, and football), children’s areas, a reading café, home cinema, shared workspaces, and round-the-clock security and maintenance delivered by professional facility management teams. The project is scheduled for delivery in 2028, with fully finished units.
Doss added that the newly released phases of both flagship projects will be showcased exclusively at Rock Expo. Total investments amount to EGP 6bn for Rock White (fully finished units) and EGP 7bn for Rock Green (semi-finished units).
