Rock Developments organized a Suhoor event for the residents of the “Rock Eden” project in 6th of October City as part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining close communication with its clients.
The company celebrated the beginning of life at the Rock Eden compound and the full housing of more than 40 families, along with the continued handover of many units in the project.
Eng. Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of Rock Developments, emphasized the company’s dedication to regularly organizing social and entertainment events to meet with clients, whom it considers part of its family. He stressed that constant communication between management and clients across the company’s various projects reflects the strong relationship built over the years, as well as the anticipation of existing clients for Rock Developments’ new projects.
He added that the company began delivering units in Rock Eden last year, achieving high occupancy rates immediately upon delivery due to the prime location, its proximity to main roads and transportation hubs, and the company’s focus on providing and operating various services before handing over units—ensuring residents’ needs are met from day one.
Rock Eden spans 34 acres in October City, with a strategic location just minutes from the new electric train, the ring road, and Ahmed Zewail City. The project boasts 2 km of main street frontage and includes 1,000 units ranging from apartments, townhouses, villas, duplexes, and penthouses, with sizes from 160 to 330 sqm. The project maintains a 20% building-to-land ratio, leaving 80% as green spaces.
It also features a central park of 4 acres, sports fields covering 3 acres, cycling and jogging tracks, and a mixed-use commercial area with a hypermarket, banks, medical clinics, and restaurants.
