“Rock Capital 1” was named the Best Luxury Commercial Development in 2023 by the Luxury Lifestyle Award, which recognizes outstanding projects across various industries based on precise, globally recognized criteria.
Rock Developments was honored for its efforts in delivering innovative projects to the Egyptian market, adhering to the latest construction methods and international technical standards. The company collaborated with renowned consultants, including Hazel Wong from the acclaimed WSW Architects for the building’s design, Cracknell for landscaping, Ted Jacob Engineering Group for planning, and ECG as the general consultant.
“Rock Capital 1” is the largest administrative building in the Government District of the New Administrative Capital, featuring a direct view of the Presidential Palace. The project offers up to 9,000 sqm of administrative space per floor, with a total built-up area of 100,000 sqm. It includes two underground levels equipped for electric vehicles, a ground floor, and seven repeated upper floors.
Rock Developments is set to begin delivering “Rock Capital 1” in 2024 and plans to expand further in the New Administrative Capital, launching new projects in the future.
