Rock Developments Plans to Open Rock Gold Mall in December 2023

Rock Developments is planning to open Rock Gold Mall this coming December. The company will also participate in the Nebu 2 International Gold & Jewelry Exhibition, which will be held from December 10 to 12 at the Egypt International Exhibitions Center in New Cairo.

During Nebu 2, Rock Developments will offer special retail spaces within the Rock Gold project, with attractive prices and unique payment facilities aimed at drawing customers ahead of the expected price increases in January 2023.

El Batal Group plans to open Egypt’s first specialized gold mall in December 2023 — a dedicated location where customers can buy and sell gold products.

Rock Gold Mall offers a variety of services designed to make shopping for women easy and enjoyable, with additional facilities available for people with disabilities.

The mall features numerous shops selling a wide range of products, including clothing, accessories, flowers, perfumes, and eyewear. It also houses beauty clinics, salons, and a ladies’ gym. Rock Gold brings together Egypt’s top gold traders and jewelers, offering customers a unique shopping experience.

Engineer Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of Rock Developments, stated that the company’s participation in Nebu 2 aims to showcase the Rock Gold experience and engage with its target customer base, which includes leading gold traders and manufacturers in Egypt.

He emphasized that Rock Developments has long been dedicated to delivering innovative projects that provide real value to customers, enabled by the company’s focus on excellence. This commitment is reflected in the success of Rock Gold Mall, first established in 1978.

Doss added that the company ensured a variety of unit sizes within Rock Gold Mall, ranging from 27 to 107 sqm, designed to meet the needs of different types of retailers.

Occupying a land area of 11,000 sqm with a total built-up area of 40,000 sqm, Rock Gold Mall also includes 3,000 sqm of service areas, seating spaces, and landscaped zones. Parking is available for more than 200 cars, and the total number of shops in the mall is 200.
